Client: Chattogram City Corporation There are three buildings, comprising two types, totaling 559 units. Each residential unit, measuring 435 sqft, features two bedrooms, an attached living cum dining space, a kitchen, one bath, and one toilet. The design prioritizes natural light and ventilation, achieved through comprehensive environmental simulations. Additionally, the ground floor accommodates a school and a community hall. A central open courtyard with a waterbody serves as a recreational space and also functions as a safety measure in the event of a fire breakout. Auto-rickshaw and rickshaw parking are conveniently provided at the entry point, ensuring accessibility. The overall design emphasizes fire safety, taking into account the number of residents and their well-being.
