Ovoimitra Ghat has consistently served as a focal point for recreational activities among urban dwellers. However, the area lacks essential recreational spaces, restaurants, commercial shops, office spaces, multi-purpose halls, a hygienic kitchen market, and organized spaces, necessitating the functional requirements outlined in the 'Development of Urban Facilities at Firingi Bazar' project. The building encompasses all modern urban facilities required for this site. Addressing the challenge of entry for existing educational institutions on the site, a plaza entry solution has been implemented. This plaza serves as a central gathering hub for people of all backgrounds and also offers open spaces for adjacent educational institutes. Additionally, the provision of non-motorized vehicle parking, such as rickshaws, adds another layer of accessibility. Environmental considerations are paramount, with rainwater harvesting employed to alleviate water demand.
